Course Description:
The AP Calculus BC series, which is equivalent to a full-year college-level calculus course, teaches students the fundamental principles of differential and integral calculus. This course covers continuity, limits, derivatives, derivative applications, related rates, optimization, L'Hospital's rule, Riemann sums, and the fundamental theorem of calculus. This is the first course in a two-part series that prepares students to take the AP Calculus BC exam and to pursue further studies in mathematics, engineering, economics, and other STEM fields.
